Has Safari changed its security protocol?

I’ve noticed a trend that seems to indicate that Safari is blocking fewer trackers. Safari has reported blocking fewer trackers per week for (at least) the last three weeks. I usually see reports of 145-140 trackers blocked. This week, only 100 trackers were reported blocked. That seems a significant reduction over a short period. I don’t believe I’ve changed usage much. Is this normal?

Safari marking actual, real USPS site as unsafe? As of this morning, 4/22/24, I’m unable to check on tracking numbers for my packages on safari without first getting a blaring red warning page and having to find the “visit this unsafe site anyway” button. This is occurring when I do the following: 1) use apple’s own “track package” feature when a tracking number shows, 2) use an app like Route to check tracking status, 3) manually go to the USPS site, 4) click the tracking link from purchase confirmation emails from retailers. Will this be fixed soon?

Safari signs me out of sites, even while using them Safari repeatedly signs me out of sites, regardless of the fact that I have cross site prevention turned off. The most recent incident happened with YouTube, where I was signed out of Google while watching a video and interacting with the site actively. I don’t understand why this is happening.
