Mac Pro 2013, Mac Pro 2019, and Mac Pro 2023 are the three most recent Mac Pro models.

Mac Pro 2019, and Mac Pro 2023, can be upgraded to the current macOS 15 Sequoia.

Mac Pro 2013 tops out at macOS 12 Monterey.

There is no Mac Pro 2020, so this is likely a Mac Pro 2019 purchased in 2020.
