Not sure if you by chance think you're speaking with anyone from Apple here, but this is a user to user only forum, which Apple doesn't read for suggestions. You can provide a suggestion to Apple, but I wouldn't hold much hope for it to become a feature. In all the time I've been on this forum, you may well be the first person I've seen ask for the option to see a history of your stopwatch activities. It would take a LOT of people requesting a feature, for Apple to put the time and resources into making such a feature.
