Can I email Apple Support for assistance instead of calling?
I can not call, so I am asking how can I contact apple support without calling them, is there a chat or email I could send them?

If you choose to start your support request online, then the site asks about your issue (Tell us what’s happening), and will guide you through options that they try to match to that situation (may take one or more screens). If the interpreted initial solution steps don’t fit or if you need more assistance, then there will be Contact options below that for chat or phone support or callback on the page. Chat and/or phone options may depend on situation/question/description, and staff availability, which may differ on weekdays vs. weekend, and time of day. It may be different if you try again tomorrow.
Else try the Apple Support app on Apple mobile, which would also ask for a description and give preliminary suggestions, but also a chat option below that.
