Your exact path to recovery depends somewhat on what — if any — security and/or recovery options you might have configured in your Apple Account.
It also is not going to be either “quick” or “easy” … if it’s even possible at all. (Think multiple weeks)
Regardless, you’ll 1st need to recover access to your Apple Account. (previously known as AppleID)
Only then will you be able to reset your device passcode and restore from a backup.
