Recovering @privaterelay.appleid.com email for iCloud subscription

Several years ago, the account in the "N" application was deleted, it was registered on this email ….@privaterelay.appleid.com. Later I lost my subscription ICloud+, and lost this email.

A very important message is sent only to this address, which forwards it to the main mail. How to revive/restore this address again?
