I don't know exactly what you mean by "is it good". But if the charger you wish to use puts out the correct current and, preferably, has been approved by Apple as a supplier, then there should be no problems using it. Cheap charger from unknown manufacturers are risky, many being of poor quality and in some cases actually dangerous.
