Final Cut Pro wont export and does not produce an error message/popup

Hello, I am VERY new and bumbling my way through FCP(v11.0) on a MacBook Pro (M4pro running Seq 15.2 w/ 24gb Mem, 1tb HD & currently about 400gb free) I have pushed two projects through the work stream so far without issue, I am not using any 3rd-party plugins yet. Previously I was using FCP on my iPad Pro, but started running into space/processing issues.

For this current project I am using two different sources in the same video, one is from an online streaming source of venues, and the other is a GoPro I used on-site.

I tried playing with some magnetic masks and effects but did not have the bandwidth to make them work so I think I deleted all of them...

Once I finished making my edits and arranging everything (mostly just video clips with a handful of titles) I tried to export the video using the 'Export File (default)' , the video started to export and then crashed out with out any error popup at roughly 30%.

I did some quick googling (found this forum yay!) and tried the Delete Generated Event Files-> Delete Generated Files -> All that got me to about 36% then it would just stop again with no error popup.

I tried doing a couple of the other export options... both 'Apple Devices 1080p' and 'Apple Devices 4k' these crashed out at about 40% with no error popup.

I did notice a little yellow triangle with an exclamation mark on the event under the library I was working in. So I tried making a new library and project and then copying everything from the timeline over, still crashed out at 40% of export with no error popup.

Not quite sure what else to try, I even deleted all the GoPro footage thinking maybe there was a conflict and that got me to 46% export...

Thanks in advance and happy to fill in any missing details.

Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.

Also: you say "crashed out without any error message" - can you clarify exactly what happens? Do you mean that the application "unexpectedly quit"?

Whenever the application crashes, you need to delete its preferences, because the crash may corrupt them, and that in turn may cause further crashes. To delete preferences, hold down command and option while starting the application and click Delete Custom Settings. The application will start with default settings and open an "Untitled" library. Adjust the settings, reopen the library you were working, and see how it works now.

Re: EtreCheck, ran it and I think I tagged it into the Additional Text.

Re: the "Crashed out".. I should clarify, FCP stays open its the encoding/sharing process that maybe more appropriately stalls and then disappears. I keep an eye on it (screen shot below of the view I have) by clicking on the background task icon at the top left of the FCP window and then the 'Background Tasks" window pops up. If I watch the "Sharing"-> "Transcoding"... status that's were I see it get to 30%-46% and then just disappear. No file shows up in the destination I have chosen to save the video to. I kept an eye on the storage during one attempt and watched at the space was taken until the encoding stalled then disappeared and so did the space that was taken up on the drive from the process.

I tried the 'Delete Custom Settings' and re-opened the library, this time (and could be that I was paying closer attention) the encoding was at the 40% range then Jumped to 89% and then disappeared. I looked in the destination folder but does not look like the video exported. I did just notice some 'VideoAppDiag'... files on my desktop not sure if those would be helpful?
