Apple TV Subscription Refund

How do i get a refund for Apple TV subscription that i had to get 3 months for free from my new TV but they charged me 9.99 when i was following instruction to add the code on my tv and everything. So now you could say i have a charge and stolen money from my account Since It had to be a free 3 months.

  1. Possibly there was small print about conditions for this offer (e.g. for new subscribers only). Then non-qualifying users would be charged the nominal fee.
  2. Most often, offers require that these are redeemed in a special way, either on the qualifying device, or on the offer website or app. Doing it on a different device or in a different way, wouldn’t apply the offer.
  3. If the offer is made through a third party company (e.g. Samsung), then their terms and conditions apply for getting the offer.
  4. Recent purchases can qualify for refunds. Apple will ask you why/​what happened. Do include that, as it will be a consideration for the staff’s decision. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Apparently you saw on offer on your TV that would be subject to the eligibility of whatever terms that the manufacturer included in that offer. In most cases you will see that the free service is only available to new subscribers, so if you had ever used a free trial before, then you would not qualify and would be charged for the service. If you feel that you were misled by the offer that your TV Manufacturer provided to you, then contact them for further assistance. Apple has 3 month free offers, but that only applies to their products purchased from them with those details here:

At first I struggled registering an account since no computer or browser worked and only my samsung tablet let me register, then it automatically gave me 7 day trial so I just assumed ok ill just wait then try again.

I did select the refund option but I'm suprised there is no live chat support at all and I can't download the apple support app since I don't own any apple phone or devices
