TikTok and YouTube not working after offloading apps on iPad

HOW TIKTOK AND YOUTUBE STOPPED WORKING

so I was trying to do a software update but I didn’t have enough storage but I was only offloading apps I see off deleting them so I got all my apps normal except YouTube and TikTok was faded and I couldn’t re-download them.

If you just offloaded those apps to iCloud, you may be able to move them back by going to iCloud Drive in the Files app on your iPad. If you deleted the TikTok app completely, you'll need to use the web to access TikTok until such time as Congress rescinds the law preventing Apple (and Google) from offering that app in the US.
