I am brand new to MacBook and just trying to learn. However, I don't have a Qwerty option for my keyboards. All I have is British, Arabic, and Qwertz. How do I change it or download it. I already set English and United States. Can someone please help me?

I don't understand your dilemma. British is Qwerty, and so is US.
you need to set one of these these as your preferred Input Source:
settings > keyboard > Input Sources
what physical keyboard is installed ?
what language(s) do you wish to type in

Go to system settings / keyboard / text input / edit / all input sources and use the minus button at the bottom to make sure there is only one item on the list, and the name of that item is British, US, or ABC. Then you should always be typing qwerty.
MacBook Pro doesn't have a Qwerty keyboard loaded
