How can I unsync my iPad from my friend's account?
So I let my friend log in on my iPad and now I have some of his data (photos, messages) and he has most of my data ( photos and messages) how can I un sync this?!?!

If you have signed in to your Apple ID, then you are no longer synced with your friend (at least digitally.) You will get no more of his stuff, and he won't get more of your stuff.
But what you acquired during the "Switching Places" episode is now your stuff! For safety, iCloud gives, but it doesn't take away unless there is overt action. That means that you are left with the job of finding his stuff on your iPad and deleting it. What you delete will be deleted at iCloud, but it won't affect what he has. (You can only hope that he does the same with your stuff on his account.)
If I were you, I wouldn't immediately delete from "Recently Deleted" pictures. That's permanent-- I'd wait the 30 days in case I discovered that I had deleted something I didn't want to.
