iPhone 16 Pro Max CarPlay automation for traffic updates

I have seen several videos on YouTube by random people showing how to use Shortcuts-Automations to trigger actions when my phone connects to CarPlay. They are useful but old and do not include possible iOS 18.2. I created an automation to welcome me, and once I figured out how to make it speak current weather. But I have forgotten how I did it (I am still learning Shortcuts) now I have a new iPhone 16 pro max. Is there way to create an automation that will give traffic updates after the welcome message?
