Sound Broken On MacOS Sequoia

My left speaker is broken, I have tried to restart the macbook, tried to run the diagnostic tool, and yesterday I was directed by apple support to create a new admin user and try to test there but the results are the same, I was also directed to move the com.apple.soundpref.plist file and still have the same problem, here does anyone have a similar problem? I have uploaded a video of my problem on Youtube

This seems to be a hardware problem.

Does it play sound correctly via headphones or external speakers? If it does, it almost certainly confirms that it is a physical problem with the built-in speaker.

Which mac model is this? Your profile says MacBook Pro 14" but the one in the video does not appear to be - for starters, the speaker grill does not match.
