My left speaker is broken, I have tried to restart the macbook, tried to run the diagnostic tool, and yesterday I was directed by apple support to create a new admin user and try to test there but the results are the same, I was also directed to move the com.apple.soundpref.plist file and still have the same problem, here does anyone have a similar problem? I have uploaded a video of my problem on Youtube

This seems to be a hardware problem.
Does it play sound correctly via headphones or external speakers? If it does, it almost certainly confirms that it is a physical problem with the built-in speaker.
Which mac model is this? Your profile says MacBook Pro 14" but the one in the video does not appear to be - for starters, the speaker grill does not match.
You need to have your mac looked at, just as dialabrain said.
And sooner, rather than later, if it is still under warranty (being an M3 Pro and depending on your location it may be).
You may simply have to take it to an Apple Store to be checked.
