Can I use an iPhone 15 SIM tray in an iPhone 16?
my boyfriend has the iPhone 15 pink and I have the iPhone 16 black, is it possible for us to switch SIM card trays or are they different sizes?

Where was the iPhone 16 purchased? If it was purchased in the US. It won't have a SIM card slot.
Why not just contact the carrier he is using and have them set up an eSIM on his phone (unless his phone was purchased in Hong Kong, China, or Macau). That can be set up over the phone and won't require shipping the SIM card to him.
