How can I get driver from Samsung M2070 to my macpro 2020

Samsung sold its printer business to HP years ago. HP issued a Universal driver for the SL-M2070 device in 2023 which was intended for macOS Ventura (13.*). Once that link opens change the operating system to macOS 13 and click Update. You will then find that Universal driver under Basic Drivers.

HP indicates that the 2023 driver release date is intended for Ventura, and it may/not work properly in Sequoia. If it does not, then you are in the market for a new multi-function device and you should select one that is networkable, and compatible with Apple's built-in AirPrint. That way, you are no longer dependent on vendor drivers.

Also, if your printer actually is a Samsung Xpress M2070W or M2070FW model, it is listed as supported in the About AirPrint article (link in reply by VikingOSX).
