Transferring work pictures to a new Apple ID on iPad

Hi! I currently have both my personal and work photos on one iPad. However I want to buy a new iPad with a new apple id and transfer only the work pictures across. How can I do this? I can’t risk losing any pictures as they are important legally! Thanks

You would have to manually transfer them using AirDrop if you don't want anything else form the old iPad on the new iPad.

You could also upload to them to a third party cloud like One Drive or Google Drive and get them form there on the new iPad.
