How can I dispute Apple charges?

My Problem Is I Downloaded A Coin Identifier Which Was A Week Free Trial Mind You The Order date was on the 25th of January Well Today Makes The 27th Of January and I Literally Just Got off A Phone Call With Apple And Get This The Senior Representative Tells Me That The Free Trial Ended On The Third Day of me Downloading The App ok Please Make It Make Sense I Ended the Free Trial Today And Apple is Telling Me in order to download Any Of My Apps I Will Have To pay The$9.99 No Way I am going to continue to let them Rob Me Blind Knowing I Need Access To My Apple App Store Straight

Subscriptions should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to stop continued billing. You'll want to cancel your subscription. If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Sorry, but the only screenshot that would help is the one where you would authorize the charge by double clicking the side button. This page shows the expiration date of the free trial and also includes a message that the trial needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours before that trial period ends. Also on that page is the subscription price that will be charged to your account if it has not been cancelled within that time.
