How do I remove shared outlook calendars and events from Apple Watch?

I started a new job a few weeks ago and added my new outlook email account to display on my Apple calendar. However, nearly three dozen coworkers shared their outlook calendars with me and things were starting to get cluttered, so I removed that account from my Apple calendar entirely. However, all of my coworkers’ events still show up on my Apple Watch and I get reminders for many of them.

I have my watch calendar app set to mirror iPhone on all settings.

I have removed the outlook app from my watch.

My outlook account does not even show up as an option on my phone in Apple calendar.
