I am now running macOS Sequoia 15.2 which does not support Apple Intelligence. When will an update be available?

Apple Intelligence requires an Apple Silicon Mac.

Apple Intelligence, in macOS 15.3 ( Current Version ) is automatically Turn ON, in a successfully installation of the same
It also occupies an addition 4.8 GB of space, above and beyond the Installation of Sequoia

Apple Intelligence is not something you install separately. It is included with Sequoia 15.1 and later. I can't tell you why it's not installed.
My Apple M1 MacBook was purchased in China hence why I can’t download Apple Intelligence.
