iPhone has to be unlocked to use Express Transit

I've got an iPhone 16 Pro with IOS 18.2.1 and I've been using Express Transit pay when my phone is locked. Today it started requiring me to Unlock my iPhone and it hasn't gone back to working while it is locked. I rebooted the phone with no luck and it's a pain so anyone have a clue why it would have stopped working in locked mode?

Try switching Express Transit to another card and then back to your preferred card.


There are settings in Accessibility that may change Express Transit. Have you recently changed any Accessibility settings?
