There is a big difference from wanting something and getting it. Have you been in contact with your Congressional Representatives? That is who you would need to contact if you are looking for any change in the law. Otherwise wait it out and see if ByteDance decides to divest to a US company. In the meantime, access TikTok on the web before the deadline expires for ByteDance to divest.

This has nothing to do with Apple. It has been removed from the App Store to comply with US law. Apple could risk law enforcement action if it is in the App Store. Maybe it will come back.

The TikTok app has returned to the App Store.

Nobody on these boards can, and nobody at Apple will until ByteDance shows Congress that it's divesting from the Chinese government.

Nothing Apple can do about that. You should contact your Congressional Representative who passed the law and the Supreme Court that upheld it. All Apple can do is follow the laws that are placed on them.
