Is the problem with my iPhone or the compatible magsafe qi2 charging station?

I recently purchased the Qi2 charging station for my iPhone 16 Pro. I noticed that, from time to time, the battery would disconnect during charging, waking me up at night because of the high-brightness screen (due to Standby mode being deactivated). To check, I created a short automation that logs every instance when the battery disconnects and reconnects in a note. After charging from 20% to around 90%, I extracted the note you can see in the attached photo. Is this normal? Could it be harmful to my iPhone? (I also tried charging without the MagSafe case, but the issue persists.)

Additionally, I set a charging limit at 90%, but in the morning, I always find it at 86% or 88%. Can anyone provide some answers? I would be infinitely grateful. Thank you!

Have you tested charging with a different wireless charger? With a wired charger?

Thank you for removing the post I had asked to be removed.

Update:

After trying this Qi2 wireless charger several times, I realized that it was defective. I promptly contacted the seller within the stated return period to request a refund. However, despite following the correct procedure, I have not received any response. I have sent multiple emails to follow up, but to this day, I still haven’t received any reply. The seller has shown no concern for assisting me, leaving me frustrated with the lack of communication and support. Is there anything I can do, or any way you can assist me in resolving this matter?

I know this request doesn’t concern Apple, but I would be very grateful if you could help me.

This is a user-to-user technical support forum. None of us work for Apple. Apple is also not going to get involved with a purchase you made from an entirely different company.

Unless I've got the timeline very wrong, it's only been a couple of days since you contacted the vendor. Sometime, it takes a little longer than that.

Hi everyone, just a quick update. I got the help I needed and received a full refund for the charging station purchase. I've been looking for a 3-in-1 for a few days, but I don't want to spend too much and I'd like to keep it around €100 (about $100). Can you recommend something reliable? Thanks.

I’ve heard good things about those, but never used one personally.

I have a couple of Anker cables and adapters. They have served me well. Some other folks here speak highly of them (e.g. lobsterghost1). My current iPhone chargers are Belkin because I like the form factor. However, as they are not 3-in-1s, I didn't recommend them to the OP.
