Anker 778 dock screen issues with M4 Pro MacBook Pro

I have recently upgraded from the M1 Pro to M4 Pro MacBook Pro. I have two Anker 778 docks, one at home and one in the office. These worked perfectly with my M1, but since upgrading, the monitors connected to the dock have had an unstable connection. They randomly flicker and switch off. I have updated MacOS and have updated the firmware on the docks, but this hasn’t helped. I have also check all cables/connections but am still experiencing the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

what cables are you using?

I presume the cables to the docks are shorter than 0.5 meters.

You did not specify the make and model of the displays,

but for USB-C and DisplayPort displays, your cables must be ONE meter or shorter.

HDMI cable for displays up to 4K at 30 Hz should be certified PREMIUM cables. Higher requires ULTRA cables, which are backward-compatible.
