Shortcuts bug or not?

Can any of you Level 10 brainiacs out there PLEASE confirm that what I am experiencing in Shortcuts is a real issue , or is it just me?

I have made several Community posts on this and get no response.

For nearly 9 months now, there has been a change in Shortcuts that slows it down to an unworkable state.

I am guessing it changed with an OS update.

I had before a simple 1 step Shortcut on my desktop to open PDF's from my HD.

One action 'Open File', thats all!

Now that Shortcut takes about 2 minutes to open a 200mg PDF, whereas, if you click the same file to open via the Finder, it opens instantly. This is what Shortcuts used to do.

PLEASE, brainiacs out there, create a Shortcut with 1 action, Open File, select any large PDF and test this Shortcut to see if it works for you, then I will know that it is not just me, PLEASE!!!

PS: I have been to an Apple Store Genius Bar with my laptop and demonstrated the issue to an 'expert' there. They had no answer other than 'that is not right'!!!

Yes, it's a bug. Trying to open even a 30 Mo file from Shortcuts takes minutes. The bug is still present in macOS Sequoia 15.3.
