Is this the older HP LaserJet 1005 Printer (for Windows and Linux only,

Or possibly the HP LaserJet P1005 Printer (link in the reply by varjak paw)?

If the latter, the latest driver is for macOS 12 Monterey. There have been some reports about difficulties installing/using drivers under macOS Sequoia. Workarounds have been suggested for the HP LaserJet P1005 and other models (community search), but the success rate is somewhat unclear.
