How can I unsuspend the Noise app on Apple Watch Series 8?

My Noise App on my Series 8 Apple Watch is suspended. It says I have to turn off Speaker , Microphone and water purge. Purge is off but won’t turning off Speaker and microphone keep Calls from getting heard on watch?

Hello BillH3235, Have you looked on your iPhone > the Paired Watch app > and slide down the Apps section to the Noise App and click it. Check to see if you have enabled the Environmental Sounds Measurements to ON.
