How can I fix display issues on my iPad mini 6?

Can anyone tell me how I can get my menu back on the top of my Ipad Mini 6 while using Chrome. Also, my Zoom in Settings is grayed out and unable to use. Also a lot of pages are dark. Is there anything that may help me. I
