How can I recover original Apple Music playlists?

A few months ago after updating to the then latest iOS for my iPhone 15 Plus, all of my playlist on my iPhone and on the Music app on my iMac have been removed

After contacting Apple Support they

it'scould be due to the fact that I don't have an Apple Music subscription and simply rip all of my CDs onto my iMac then transfer with iTunes and then later the music app once iTunes stopped

But is it the case that one would need to have an Apple Music subscription in order to just have the traditional generic Apple playlist back?

I believe the playlist included My Top rated, Recently added, top 25 most played and a few others.

I understand, I can create my own playlist, but I wanted to have the original ones as then it would be synced better to the music app

And even little things like in the recently added playlist after a certain amount of time the songs would disappear which would prompt me to upload new songs
