AI scam app on iPad?

Hi,

I have an iPad 7th Gen and revently downloaded from the App Store an AI app called Banger: AI Cover Songs & More.

The app said I have to pay $59.99 to use it for one year. Then after I paid for it, it was asking for more money to use certain features.

I believed I have been scammed but I don't know if I can prove my case as I deliberately, technically paid $59.99 to somehow activate it.

I have unsuscrived from the app but they still taken my money. Can I report this as a scam and try to get my money back, or I can't and just let it go?
