Good day, I feel that my Mac M2 resonates when charging. Is this normal? It's a sensation of vibration on the casing when I run my fingers over it, similar to the feeling of running your fingers over sandpaper.

It's normal. The sensation is harmless, though some find it annoying. It is more apparent on 220 V systems than the 110 V system typically used in North America:

You should ensure your power adapter and related household / office wiring are correct.
