Unfortunately, your Late 2013 MacBook Pro is now considered "obsolete" as far as Apple Support is concerned. That means, Apple no longer provides repairs or replacement parts for these models.

However, you may still find some options available, and those are:

  • Contact an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Ref: Find Locations - Apple
  • Contact a third-party repair service.
  • Replace the battery yourself. Check at the iFixIt site for both the steps required (they deem it highly difficult) and getting a replacement battery.

Honestly, you will be better off, just replacing this outdated laptop with a newer model (new or refurbished) as you are going to find it difficult to find apps or have access to secured web sites. Also this model can only be upgraded to macOS Big Sur, which no longer receives security updates from Apple.
