macOS Sequoia 15.3 and iPadOS 18.3 Headphone Accommodations not available

Headphone accommodations are not working on my MacBook 14 M2. It works fine with my iPhone (iOS 18.3). I have moderate hearing loss and really notice the difference listening to audio without it being tuned with my audiogram. I'm sure this must have worked with 15.2 as it makes listening to music on my Mac a dull experience. I have the same issue with my iPad. Is anyone else experiencing this?

It's so annoying that the headphone accommodations have been removed from my MacBook. I use AirPods regularly for video conferences and phone calls on the Mac. I'm not back to struggling to hear muffled voices unless I use my phone. Why would Apple remove this feature?

It does now work on my iPad btw
