How can I find Call Recordings on my iPhone?

So randomly, red oval shaped, highlighting Clock, top left of the screen, shows up, apparently that’s to indicate Mike is turned on or recording? Problem is I’m not doing any recording, nor am I able to find any recording when it turns off. So after looking it up understanding what it is I end up here. You are the things happening with the phone. I don’t quite understand. I am the most tech illiterate individual ever. And I think I’m ready to go back to a dinosaur flip thing any ideas why an indicator shows it may be recording why I can’t find them, simply why?
