Trying to set up brand new iPhone SE 3 straight out the box and already having an issue. Is there a fix for this. To think I was trying to get a friend to switch to iPhone and this happens. So embarrassing.

The device is asking to sign in your apple id ,if yo don't have an apple id create new one or skip the step by clicking on don't have apple id /forgot apple id.
Later you can create apple id.
Apple id Sign in is not mandate to activate Device.
That’s not the issue. I know that. The issue is that the section where you enter your email or tap forgot password or no Apple ID is covered up and you can’t scroll the screen
