Recovery of Whatsappp messages from I cloud.

I changed my WhatsApp number and was able to see all my data. When i tried to change back i was not able to due to notification the change was unsuccessful so i was not able . so i tried to remove my app and download after updating . i have not been able to retrieve my chats from i cloud

iPhone 13, iOS 18

They refused to help me and said I contact apple for the bit of date. for the number change

am so disappointed as IOS has given me issues on android . same number is working on android. I don't get it. we tested

From posts WhatsApp offers some unreliable, buggy software with no support. I'd never use it.
