Easily Convert PDF to Word

So I was attempting to copy and past from preview into word and was not able to do it. I then started to look at options for converting pdfs to word but didn't want to pay for more software.

Anyone in the same boat, heres the solution I came up with.

If you own Word or a Word subscription this should work. Im running 15.3 on a Macbook Air M2.

Find the pdf you need to convert, right click and select open in word, it should convert for you. Ive had great success so far. It opens in a new word document and you can go from there.
