Adding HDMI to DVI-D adapter on MacBook Air

I have a 2013 MBA 13".

I'd like to tag an ext older 24" Dell onto it.

The MBA is mDP and the Dell is DVI-D

I have a mDP to HDMI adapter. If I add an HDMI to DVI-D adapter to that, should that work?

It's nothing critical (no duh) just picture.

Connecting a Mac Monitor to an old (2003) Mac Mini Hi, I'm looking for an adapter which would allow me to connect a Mac Monitor (thunderbolt display) to an old Mac Mini. The mac mini has a DVI connector (DVI-I (Dual Link) 24+5) on the back, and came with a VGA to DVI adapter (which I've misplaced). The Mac monitor of course has a Mini Displayport/thunderbolt output. So I'm basically looking for a mini dp (female) to DVI 24+5 male adapter. The closest I've been able to get is a DVI-I (Dual Link) 24+5 to HDMI adapter (and I also have a Mini Displayport to USB-C adapter which works for connecting the Mac Monitor to a macbook), but I can't find any kind of Mini Displayport (female) to DVI-I (Dual Link) 24+5 (male) adapter. Any ideas/suggestions?

Need an adapter from new Mac Pro HDMI to Dual Link DVI with Apple Cinema Display Currently, I am running my brand new Mac Pro with a couple of older displays that both need dual link DVI. I am using 2 Thunderbolt ports to drive them. Everything looks great but I would like to try to drive these older displays with the HDMI outputs on the Mac Pro. You can get direct TB 2/Mini Display --> to DVI adapter.
