Apple Maps Report: Unreflected Update

I have reported an error on Apple Maps concerning a location's pin marker being incorrectly located on the map. The marker was over the wrong building.

I received an Apple Maps notification that stated, "We've updated Maps based on the issue you reported. Thanks for helping to improve Apple Maps."

However, the pin marker is still over the same incorrect building (in the same position as well). I have screenshots from before and after the alleged update.

Why was the status of the report changed to the location having been updated due to the report when the details do not seem to have been updated?
