Potential Malware concerns on iPhone and MacBook

Asking about MacBook and iPhone malware security because of using and downloading deepfake from Undressher.app ai tool.

Hi, I'd like to ask someone experienced here in the Apple community a few questions about iPhone and Macbook security, because I'm a terribly paranoid person. I know apple has very good security and I am careful what I click on the internet and never download unknown programs and so on. But I'm interested in Ai tools and out of curiosity I used the Undressher.app tool and downloaded a couple of images that it created. Now in retrospect I wonder if something like that although it's in jpg format can download malware that I don't know about. And if I log in through a google account, is its safe? And if I log in with it to a new device for example a new phone I buy, could that malware somehow linked to it. I know it sounds like a horrible stupid thing to ask, but it's still on my mind. So sorry for the stupid question, I'm just wondering and I'm really not sure. Thanks for the consideration.

I would more concerned about 2 things

One, I would be more concerned having already installed this specific application " Undressher.app " and lest so on what it purports to do

Two, I would be " paranoid " too if someone I love, were to stumble on Images I downloaded and done what the application purports to do. This could be a very difficult situation to explain away.

In regard to Malware and Adware

These types of Softwares do not automatically appear on the Computer or iPhone

It would Require Purposefully Actions on the part of the User ( you ) to have downloaded this software

Then to have given Expressed Consent and Permission to Install

That permission would have been done by manually Inputting your Computer Password or iPhone PIN code

Mac app security enhancements are sufficient to protect computers from malware.

Adware and malware can affect computers and are often downloaded from “shady” websites or developers who inject them into downloads.

You should avoid any app like that, whether the app itself is technically a crime or not. Certain types of apps are designed to target vulnerable people. In the case of something like this, a user might not want to admit using the app. That would make them less likely to report fraud, theft, identity theft, and many other actual crimes. And that makes you vulnerable. Throw in the complexity of modern internet technology, and you are now in a high risk activity. Scammers do this for a living and they're very good at it.
