Not showing the option of change country & region
I was changing the region to back in india and from singapur and know there is not option to change country & region I don’t know how its happen and what happens

See this, Change your Apple Account country or region - Apple Support and depending on when you last changed region, you may have to wait a period of time before you can change again.
