Besides the analytics, what are you seeing that causes you to think your phone has been hacked?
Unless you have jailbroken your phone or are a target whose data would be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to acquire, your phone has probably not been compromised.
It's possible that your Apple Account has been compromised, though.
