Photos app showing videos as taken 1 hour earlier in date at top

I restarted my iPhone and the problem has gone away. I confirmed the issue was still there on the iPad and then restarted it and that has fixed the issue there too. Weird one.

Pics and vids were taken within minutes of each other. The timestamp at the top of the vid is 1 hour earlier than the (correct) timestamp of the same vid in the info section.

i just tried it again - took a 1 sec vid - timestamp on the top of the vid in Photos app says it was taken 1 hour ago. Pics work fine. Same issue on my iPad Pro M4.

After a bit more checking it seems the issue only showed up yesterday as I drove into Petra, Jordan. It was ok earlier in the day. I updated to 18.3 last night but the issue was there on 18.2 yesterday. Seems like there might be an issue with the Petra area that’s causing it?

Hopefully Apple people look at these forums so I don’t have to repeat myself. I have sample photos of the issue that I’ll keep in case they are needed.

Except the issue is there on a vid I took before I updated, which was taken as I came into Petra. I’ll see if I can find the link and send it to Apple.
