2020 MacBook M1 Keyboard Backlight Not Lighting Evenly Or Bright

First check is the device is updated to the latest software.

There might be a hardware issue with keyboard you can't bottom case of the keyboard, the keys are sticked in to the case.

Visit the apple service provider and run a full system diagnostics, and they will let you know what is the exact issue is with .

Corroding Battery:

Do you see any lifting on the bezel or by the hinges of the screen? If so, the battery may be corroding, in which case it would be a Health Hazard. So, you'd have to get this serviced.
