Disabled FaceTime Live Photos and unavailability of FaceTime Audio

I have an iPhone 13 with the latest version. However, there is no option for FaceTime audio while I am able to use only FaceTime video. My iCloud has been written 'verification unsuccessful' yet I am able to use iMessage without an issue. Please, how can I get the audio option because it's difficult to use video all the time

Another disaster is that I can't turn on facetime live photos. The option is even disabled completely because I can't turn it off or on. Please apple, help me use my iPhone smoothly. Verify my account. Thank you.
