Updates on all Apple devices is turning Bluetooth back on as default

We have bluetooth turned OFF on my phones, laptops, ipads and desktops, some with different operating systems. Turned off at the control panel.

Every time there is an update Apple turns Bluetooth back on (without asking).

I find this frustrating. Does anyone else?

No. Bluetooth is integral to some functional operation. It’s normal for an update to have it enabled. Simply turn it off if you wish.

Hello~ No…in fact I would be upset if an update turned my Bluetooth off!! It is very simple to just turn it off if that’s what you prefer.
