How do I rollback my update? I have an I phone 12. My phone is a work phone. WiFi and Bluetooth are A NECESSITY for work. The last update made it so neither are functional. Reset network settings and restart multiple times! This looks like the last IPhone I’m getting!

If you have not already done so, about the only thing left to try before heading to the repair shop is restoring the phone and then reloading your must recent backup.
Unfortunately, no guarantees that this will help.

No WiFi or Bluetooth
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi. Is the setting for On / Off"grayed out"?
Tap Settings > Bluetooth. Is the setting for On/Off "grayed out?
If yes to both questions, the chip that controls Wi-Fi and Bluetooth has failed.....so a hardware failure in that case.
It’s intermittent and worked before the update. As a robotics engineer, I do not expect it to be hardware. Since it works intermittently and happened after the update. Especially since WiFi and the hotspot use the same chipset. My hotspot still functions.
The Bluetooth show loading. While the WiFi says it’s on in my dropdown but not in settings 🧐
