Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a newer OS. A MacBookPro13,3's maximum one is Monterey, and any unit on 10.12 is capable of 10.13.
Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split the functions of iTunes up; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.

FYI: For that model identifier ("MacBookPro13,3"), there is only one match: the MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016). (On occasion, Apple has been known to use the same model identifier for models from many years.)
