Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a newer OS. A MacBookPro13,3's maximum one is Monterey, and any unit on 10.12 is capable of 10.13.

Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split the functions of iTunes up; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.

FYI: For that model identifier ("MacBookPro13,3"), there is only one match: the MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016). (On occasion, Apple has been known to use the same model identifier for models from many years.)

Monterey is no longer one of the "most recent three" supported by vendors such as Microsoft and Adobe, but if you upgrade to it, that will be enough to let you run current versions of

• The Firefox web browser
• The LibreOffice office suite
• The GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP)
• The commercial Affinity V2 applications (Photo, Designer, Publisher)

Those programs will even run on Catalina – but assuming that 32-bit applications aren't holding you back on Sierra, High Sierra, or Mojave, there seems little point in stopping at Catalina or Big Sur.
