game center achivements not available

Game Center achievements are not showing. The error says data is not available (unable to load). Even my profile picture is not showing up.

Only happens to my phone 18.3. My iPad with the same version works fine.

I already tried to log out and log in back to Game Center but didn’t resolve the issue
