In app purchase not getting processed with "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" error.

I just faced the above error while I was trying to purchase a voucher in "travel town" game. whereas, I used to do that since last year until the week ago. I must not that, I am using gift card in apple "payment method". I wonder if you help me out with it
